Jim, Your comment about the creepy hotel a few days ago reminded me of the welfare hotel we stayed in during the NJ Circumpedal trip. Creepy hotels are just that - soooo creeeeepy. I remember you left before dawn that morning - history has a way of repeating, no?.... Keep positive as Florida is the next milestone - Good luck - keep pedaling!!!

Hi Jim- I am vacariously enjoying your trip. Sounds like you are having a great time. Sorry about the creepy motel. Eileen Quann and I roomed in one on a bike trip. It turned out to be a welfare motel. Eileen nearly made me sleep in front of the door to make sure we didn't get unwelcome visitors that night! May you always have a tailwind -
I continue to read your posts and revel in your travels...and cringe at your travails!....but hang in there...you will get to your destination!.... Noticed you haven't posted anything for more than a few days...hope it is merely a matter of no connectivity and nothing more serious....
